Valentine easy tissue flowers

Here is a great idea to make for a teacher or special someone. Cut several sheets of tissue paper in circles or scallop circles. I used my Accucut dies but Quickutz and Sizzix make scallop circle dies as well. Use a paper piercer to punch a hole in the center of your circles. Place a brad through the center and attach a pipe cleaner on the other end. Wrinkle up each layer of your flower. I decorated a vegetable can to place my bouquet of flowers. If you have any tattered angels glimmer mist or perfect pearls that would add I nice touch.
